Last day to register for Ooredoo's untimed 5 km run in Hulhumalé
Registration for Ooredoo Fun Run 2026, an untimed 5 km event open to all ages on Friday 11 December in Hulhumalé, closes on 7 November at 23:59, Ooredoo says.
Anyone hoping to take part in the Ooredoo Fun Run 2026 has until 23:59 on 7 November to register, and Ooredoo says places are limited. The event itself is on the afternoon of Friday 11 December in Hulhumalé, between 16:00 and 18:00.
Entries are taken through Moolee: moolee.mv/category/Fun-Run-2026. Ooredoo opened entries on 26 October, announcing the news in a post on X that also named the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) as official hosting partner.
No clock on the course
Because the 5 km course is untimed and open to all ages, participants may walk, jog or dance their way round. The route will feature fun obstacles and activities, Ooredoo says, and the emphasis is on participation, not finishing times.
Two kits on sale
- Standard Kit (MVR 110): bib, Fun Run T-shirt and multipurpose bandana
- Fun Kit (MVR 210): bag, eyeglasses, Fun Run T-shirt and multipurpose bandana
The day before
Ooredoo has scheduled two further events for 10 December:
- a kids' afternoon, 16:00 to 18:00
- a music show, 20:00 to midnight
