Two islands, nine residences
Located in the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the ultra-luxury retreat has only nine residences, spread over two islands, Somewhere and Nowhere, which are linked by a natural sandbank.
Somewhere Island holds seven residences of three and four bedrooms, mixing beachfront and overwater living. Each has its own private infinity pool and a dedicated Roohu host.
Nowhere is an eight-bedroom private island aimed at families and groups. It has a cinema, spa, gym, large pool and dining spaces of its own.
Dining includes SAFAR, the resort's overwater restaurant, and guests can tour Baa Atoll aboard ASMAS, its private yacht. The property is owned and run by Seaside Collection, which was founded in 1969 and comprises 11 boutique hotels.

According to the resort, the latest wins follow other 2026 honours: a spot on the Condé Nast Traveller Hot List, two AHEAD Asia Awards, inclusion in DestinAsian's Luxe List, and a ranking among the top Indian Ocean resorts in the Condé Nast Traveller Readers' Choice Awards.
